Seven movements to finality.

Every engagement follows the same architecture, refined over hundreds of confidential developments. Time is our material; rigor is our tool.

  1. Phase 01

    Week 0

    Brand Consultation

    An initial private conversation. We define the perimeter of the project, the tone of the brand and the level of confidentiality required.

  2. Phase 02

    Week 1–3

    Concept & Creative Direction

    A bespoke moodboard, material palette and creative manifesto delivered as a single confidential document.

  3. Phase 03

    Week 3–7

    Product Design

    Detailed technical drawings, CAD, fabric and stone sourcing, color cards and hardware specifications.

  4. Phase 04

    Week 7–12

    Prototype Development

    First physical iterations produced in our partner ateliers. Sample reviews held in person or by encrypted dossier.

  5. Phase 05

    Week 12

    Validation by Brand

    The critical threshold. The brand approves materials, fit, finishing and tone before any volume production.

  6. Phase 06

    Week 12–22

    Production Supervision

    Direct atelier oversight, quality control milestones, raw material approvals and weekly progress reports.

  7. Phase 07

    Week 22+

    Final Luxury Delivery

    White-glove coordination of finished pieces, packaging, archive photography and confidential handover.
